The company was founded by Anushka Baid and Shana Jaroli, two female entrepreneurs who grew up in business families with extensive experience in the mineral and industrial manufacturing sector. Working alongside their families while pursuing their education gave them a strong understanding of the industry's needs and the importance of reliability in industrial supply. Through this experience, they recognized a common challenge in the market. Many businesses struggled to find an alum manufacturer that could consistently deliver the required quality while also offering flexibility to meet specific technical and operational requirements.
